Responsibilities:
Perform welding work for solar panel mounting structures and support frames.
Fabricate, assemble, and install MS/GI structures for solar panel installations.
Ensure proper alignment and strength of welded joints as per project requirements.
Follow safety procedures while handling welding equipment and materials.
Assist installation team in structure fixing and site work when required.
Maintain welding tools and ensure proper usage.
Requirements:
Proven experience in arc welding / gas welding.
Experience in MS structural welding (solar structure experience preferred).
Ability to read basic drawings and measurements.
Physically fit and willing to work at project sites.
Minimum 1–3 years experience in welding work.
