Mechanical Systems

Maintain and monitor HVAC(Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, clean rooms, AHUs, chillers, boilers, compressors, and utilities
Ensure temperature, humidity, and pressure differentials meet GMP requirements
Support installation, commissioning, and qualification (Installation Qualification- IQ / Operational Qualification- OQ/ Performance Qualification – PQ) of mechanical systems

Electrical Systems

Operate and maintain electrical systems including High and Low Tension HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS, transformers, and lighting
Ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical pharma operations
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities

Plumbing & Utilities

Manage water systems including RO(Reverse osmosis), WFI (water for injection), PW(Purified Waters), soft water, and drainage systems
Oversee steam, compressed air, vacuum, and gas distribution systems
Ensure proper operation of effluent treatment plants, Sewage Treatment plant (ETP/STP) where applicable

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all MEP activities comply with GMP and local regulatory requirements
Prepare and maintain SOPs, maintenance logs, validation documents, and deviation reports
Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
