Key Responsibilities
Project: Building Highways
1) Planning & Design
• Conduct surveys, traffic analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare/verify geometric design, pavement design, drainage, and junction layouts.
• Review DPRs, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
2) Construction Supervision
• Monitor site execution, contractor performance, and work quality.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, IRC/MoRTH standards, and timelines.
• Resolve technical issues and approve method statements.
3) Quality Assurance & Safety
• Implement QA/QC plans, material approvals, and lab/field testing.
• Enforce HSE practices, traffic management during construction, and audit compliance.
