Role Purpose
We are looking for a motivated Trainee Developer to join our engineering team. This role is designed for entry-level talent—whether you are a recent graduate, a bootcamp survivor, or a self-taught coder—who is ready to transition from writing scripts to building production-grade software. You will spend your first few months in a structured "learning-by-doing" phase, supported by senior mentors.
Key Responsibilities
Assist & Learn: Support the development team in designing, coding, and testing technical solutions.
Write Code: Deliver clean, maintainable code for small features, bug fixes, and internal tools.
Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to learn best practices and receive feedback.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for the code you write and the processes you learn.
Agile Participation: Join daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
