Qualifications
1. Diploma or B.E. in Civil / Structural Engineering
2. Fresh graduates with strong interest in Rebar Detailing
3. Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment
Key Requirements
1. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (training provided)
2. Strong interest in construction drawings and blueprint interpretation
3. Willingness to learn US Rebar Standards (ACI)
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Team player with adaptability and a learning mindset
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist in creating rebar shop drawings under senior guidance
2. Learn to prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
3. Support the team in adhering to ACI standards and project specs
4. Collaborate with engineers, checkers, and project leads
5. Estimate rebar quantities and interpret construction documents
6. Stay current with industry tools and best practices
7. Ensure precision and attention to detail in all tasks
