We are Hiring Sales, Marketing & Collection  Executive for our ReadyMix Concrete Plant located at Chennai.

  • Qualification- Any Degree
  • Job Location – Chennai
  • No.of Vacancies – 05 (Five)
  • Salary Package Rs-2.5 to 3.0 Lakhs Per Annum.
  • A Probationary Period Is Three Months Successful Completion Leads To Confirmation As A Permanent Employee.

 

Role of Sales, Marketing & Collection Executive

A Sales and Marketing Executive for a Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) company drives revenue by acquiring new construction clients, managing relationships with builders/contractors, and achieving sales targets. .Key roles include market analysis, lead generation, project site visits, coordinating with dispatch/QC teams, and ensuring timely payments. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients, including contractors, developers, and builders, to meet sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide technical guidance on RMC grades, mix designs, and applications during site visits.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify opportunities for market expansion.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with plant operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of products.
  • Payment Collection: Manage invoicing and ensure timely payment collection from clients.
  • Marketing Activities: Support brand visibility through market mapping, networking, and participating in industry events. 
  • Experience: Proven experience in RMC, cement, or construction materials sales.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of concrete properties, construction techniques.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, CRM, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in both office and field environments.
