Job Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, guiding sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and managing team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily store operations.
Guide and support sales associates to achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.
Train new employees and support team development.
Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates.
Ensure store policies and procedures are followed by all staff.

Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer service.
Ability to handle pressure during busy store hours.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Retail Management.
2–4 years experience in retail sales or store operations.
Other Requirements
Ability to work in shifts.
Basic computer knowledge (POS system, MS Office).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
