Job Summary
The Floor Manager is responsible for supervising daily floor operations in the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, proper product display, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves managing floor staff and maintaining smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all activities on the sales floor.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with the store manager for daily store operations.
Ensure product availability and proper stock arrangement on the floor.
Train and support new sales staff.
Monitor store cleanliness and safety standards.
Prepare daily sales updates and operational reports.
Required Skills

Good knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Retail Management.
3–5 years experience in retail sales or store management.
Other Requirements
Ability to work in shifts and during weekends.
Basic computer knowledge (POS system, MS Office).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
