Proactive Communication: Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s status, especially if additional repairs are found or the timeline changes.
Upselling and Revenue Growth: Recommend necessary maintenance services and value-added products (like wheel alignments or service packages) to help meet department sales goals.
Final Quality Check and Delivery: Ensure all requested work is completed to company standards, explain the final invoice to the customer, and provide advice on future maintenance
