Job Summary
Shree Abhi Electrical & Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic freshers to join as Solar Technicians. The role involves assisting in installation, testing, and maintenance of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power systems, along with supporting electrical works such as HT/LT cable laying and commissioning.
The company has experience in large-scale solar projects and electrical infrastructure, offering strong learning opportunities for freshers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in solar panel installation (rooftop & ground-mounted systems)
Support structure mounting, wiring, and inverter connections
Help in HT/LT cable laying and termination work
Assist in testing and commissioning of solar power plants
Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance
Follow electrical safety standards and site protocols
Support engineers during site inspection and system setup
Maintain work reports and installation records
Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical / Electronics / EEE
Freshers can apply (0–1 year experience)
Basic understanding of electrical systems
Skills Required
Basic electrical knowledge
Ability to handle tools and equipment
Willingness to work on-site and at heights
Teamwork and communication skills
Physically fit for field work
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Knowledge of solar PV systems
