Hiring Senior Sales Officer for Gold Loan business. Candidate will be responsible for field sales, open market sourcing, and lead generation. Must be target-driven and able to handle customer acquisition independently.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through open market & field visits
Source customers for gold loan products
Achieve monthly sales targets
Handle customer relationship & follow-ups
Ensure proper documentation and process completion
Eligibility
Minimum 6 months experience in:
NBFC / Gold Loan
Insurance Sales
Any Loan Sales
Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
Requirements
Own lead sourcing ability
Two-wheeler mandatory
Valid driving license required
Good communication skills
