Job Title: Sales Executive – Jewellery Retail
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our jewellery retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, delivering excellent service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in selecting gold, diamond, and silver jewellery
Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable designs
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and schemes clearly
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Ensure attractive product display and maintain showroom standards
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service experience
Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
Support billing and other store operations when required
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
Presentable and customer-friendly approach
Willingness to work in a retail showroom environment
Experience:
Freshers are welcome
Experience in jewellery / retail sales is an added advantage

Strong sales and convincing skills
Customer handling and relationship building
Attention to detail and product presentation
