Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for real estate projects through field activities.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide accurate information about property features, pricing, and offers.
  • Maintain sales records and update management on progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for booking and documentation processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct client meetings and property site visits.
  • Strong persuasion and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned sales area.
