Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all products meet quality standards and that operations comply with safety and industry-specific regulations.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage production floor staff to maintain a high degree of discipline and productivity.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including batch documents, logbooks, and daily production reports.
Problem Solving: Promptly address and resolve production bottlenecks, such as machine malfunctions or raw material shortages.
Coordination: Collaborate with inventory, maintenance, and quality assurance departments to ensure smooth operations.
