Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across all outlets, ensuring compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, and FSSAI regulations
Conduct regular store audits and implement improvements for operational efficiency
Drive sales growth by analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and executing strategies
Monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure profitability across outlets
Recruit, train, and lead Store Managers and staff to build high-performing teams
Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve escalated complaints
Maintain proper inventory control, stock rotation, and reduce wastage
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and marketing initiatives
Prepare performance reports and provide insights to management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or related field
7+ years of experience in multi-unit retail management
3–5 years in an Area Manager or similar role (preferably in food/sweets industry)
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Knowledge of P&L, inventory management, and retail operations
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu
