Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations in our garments manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and shift planning
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing
  • Address employee queries and handle grievance management
  • Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, Labour Laws, etc.)
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain discipline and implement company HR policies

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR (Mandatory)
  • Freshers can also apply
  • Candidates with HR experience will have added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to handle workforce efficiently in a factory environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in bulk hiring
  • Knowledge of payroll software / ERP systems
  • Ability to communicate in Tamil & English
