We are seeking a highly organized and result-driven Project Manager – Contracts to lead end-to-end contract execution, customer coordination, and cross-functional project management within our Contracts Department.

Key Responsibilities

Contract & Commercial Management

• Conduct detailed Contract Reviews prior to project execution.
• Issue Order Acknowledgements to customers.
• Obtain delivery extensions and negotiate LD (Liquidated Damages) waivers when required.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and statutory requirements.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and monitor job schedules and execution timelines.
• Prepare and circulate monthly execution plans.
• Conduct CRM (Contract Review Meeting) and JRM (Job Review Meeting).
• Submit periodic progress reports to customers.
• Expedite coordination with internal departments (Engineering, Production, QA/QC, Supply Chain).

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary Customer and TPI (Third Party Inspection) liaison.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely corrective action updates.
• Ensure smooth communication between customer and internal teams.

Documentation & Reporting

• Ensure timely drawing and document submission, including customer portal uploads.
• Maintain and circulate monthly performance indicator reports.
• Maintain project records as per company and certification requirements.

Compliance, Systems & Governance

• Ensure compliance with:
• AQMS (Advanced Quality Management System)
• QMS (Quality Management System)
• EnMS (Energy Management System)
• EMS (Environmental Management System)
• OHSMS (Occupational Health & Safety Management System)
• ISMS (Information Security Management System)
• Maintain required documentation and records as per company standards.
• Ensure classification and identification of all information assets.
• Follow established operational controls and energy performance guidelines.
• Ensure product safety and conformity to applicable standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or related field)
• 8–12 years of experience in Project Management / Contracts Management in manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of contract execution and customer handling
• Experience in multi-department coordination
