Description

A Field Recruiter actively sources, screens, and hires top talent by working "in the field," often traveling to job fairs, community events, and labor markets to meet candidates directly. They manage full-cycle recruitment, build, and maintain applicant pipelines to meet high-volume staffing needs while collaborating with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide feedback.
Onboarding Support: Assist with document verification, background checks, and induction for new hires.
Reporting: Deliver daily or weekly recruitment analysis reports, such as RAG (Red, Amber, Green) reports to monitor progress.

Active Sourcing: Visit job fairs, industry events, and community hubs to source candidates, often for high-volume recruitment needs.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Relationship Building:
Develop relationships with community partners, labor markets, and potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Communication: Strong interpersonal and networking skills to engage with diverse candidates.
Organization: Ability to manage high-volume hiring and maintain accurate records.
Mobility: Willingness to travel to various locations for recruitment activities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for sourcing.
Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or customer service.
