SALES CONSULTANT - JD

Job Summary:

AXN Infotech Pvt. Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Consultant – Tally to promote and sell Tally software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, giving product demonstrations, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for Tally software solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, calls, and follow-ups to understand business requirements
  • Explain and demonstrate Tally features (Tally Prime, GST, Accounting, Inventory, etc.)
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Coordinate with technical/implementation team for smooth onboarding
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
  • Keep updated with Tally product updates and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting and Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on targets and deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in software sales or ERP sales
  • Understanding of GST and business accounting processes
  • Field sales experience will be an added advantage.
