Description

Job Title: Loan Recovery Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Loan Recovery Agent to manage and recover outstanding debts from customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via phone, email, or in person to follow up on overdue payments
  • Negotiate repayment plans and settlements in line with company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and recovery activities
  • Monitor assigned accounts and prioritize collection efforts
  • Investigate and resolve disputes related to outstanding balances
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company guidelines during recovery processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and escalations when necessary

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in collections, recovery, or customer service is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
