. Key Responsibilities

Academic Responsibilities

  • Plan and supervise academic programs related to Hospitality Management.
  • Monitor teaching standards and curriculum implementation.
  • Guide faculty members in academic planning and student training.
  • Ensure students receive practical exposure in hotel operations (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, etc.).
  • Conduct academic meetings and faculty performance reviews.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day college operations efficiently.
  • Supervise admission procedures and student records.
  • Maintain discipline and institutional policies.
  • Coordinate with management regarding budgets, infrastructure, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with university/education board regulations.

Student Development

  • Guide students in career development within the hospitality industry.
  • Organize industrial visits, internships, and placement programs.
  • Conduct motivational sessions and student counselling when required.
  • Encourage extracurricular and skill-based training programs.

Industry Coordination

  • Maintain relationships with hotels, resorts, and hospitality companies.
  • Arrange campus recruitment drives and internship tie-ups.
  • Ensure the curriculum matches current industry requirements.
