Supervisor—Sweets and Bakery Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the sweets and bakery section
Monitor production of sweets, cakes, and bakery items to ensure quality and freshness
Manage staff duties, schedules, and performance
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the preparation and display areas
Check stock levels of ingredients and finished products and coordinate reordering
Assist customers with orders, special requests, and product information
Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
Ensure proper display and presentation of sweets and bakery items
Maintain records of sales, inventory, and wastage
Follow food safety and company policies
