Sales Executive – Sweets and Bakery

Roles and Responsibilities

Promote and sell sweets and bakery products to customers, retailers, and bulk buyers
Identify new business opportunities such as hotels, events, and corporate clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company
Explain product details, pricing, and offers to customers clearly
Take and manage bulk or special orders for functions, festivals, and events
Coordinate with production and store teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Collect customer feedback and report it to management for improvement
Handle billing, order processing, and basic documentation
Ensure proper product display and visibility in retail outlets (if applicable)
Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns

Required Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
Experience in sales, preferably in food, sweets, or bakery industry
