Branch Manager – Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the overall operations of the branch and ensure smooth daily functioning
  2. Achieve sales targets and improve branch performance
  3. Manage, train, and supervise staff to maintain high productivity
  4. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively
  5. Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
  6. Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and organization of the store
  7. Prepare and analyze sales reports and financial performance
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  9. Handle cash management, billing, and daily accounts
  10. Plan and implement promotional activities to increase sales
  11. Coordinate with head office and other departments
  12. Ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards are followed (especially in food businesses)
