• Minimum 7+ years experience in architectural firms
• Strong knowledge of building codes & construction processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit & related tools
• Excellent design, drafting & project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects & lead teams
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Experience in sustainable design is an added advantage
• Architecture license (India) is a plus
