Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing/packaging machines.
  • Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and cleaning before and after production.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch manufacturing records.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure product quality and report deviations immediately.
  • Maintain production logs, records, and documentation accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate major problems to maintenance.
  • Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient machine utilization.
  • Work in coordination with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams.
  • Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
