  • reventive Maintenance: Performing regular, scheduled maintenance on air handlers, boilers, and specialized cooling units to avoid downtime.
  • Environmental Control: Maintaining specific temperature, humidity, and pressure differentials to prevent the spread of infections, especially in operating rooms and isolation wards.
  • Emergency Repair: Diagnosing and quickly repairing HVAC system faults to ensure patient safety.
  • System Upgrades: Installing new HVAC units and components as needed.
  • Documentation: Keeping accurate, detailed records of all maintenance and repairs to meet regulatory inspections.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and hospital regulations
