Description

Responsibility:

    • Proactively identifying potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.
    • Understanding and explaining services to clients, and highlighting benefits.
    • Building long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills.

Qualification

    • An academic foundation of Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer based degree is required.
    • Both experienced and freshers can apply for this role.
    • Experienced candidate in BPO is given preference.
