Responsibilities

The Main role would be to build strategic relationships with Educational and Healthcare institution administrators to position 5D zone as the preferred uniform supplier.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct regular, in-person visits to Educational and Healthcare institutions to introduce our products, understand institutional needs, and present solutions tailored to each institution's requirements.
Deliver professional, impactful presentations showcasing product quality, benefits, and customization options available.
Address inquiries professionally, provide detailed information ensuring clarity on product features, durability, and compliance with institutional standards.
Strategize newer ways, formulate action plans and execute for proactive engagement with prospective institutions to convert them as active clients.
Handle customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat, fostering positive client relationships.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies for accurate customer assistance.
Create, maintain comprehensive records of all interactions with prospective and existing clients to track progress and facilitate seamless account management.
