Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.)
  • Monitor daily accounting activities and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
  • Manage payroll processing (if required)
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Basic understanding of taxation and compliance

Skills Required:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability
  • Communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in GST filing and statutory compliance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
