Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader / Business Development Manager to lead, motivate, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives. The role involves driving sales, achieving targets through point-based performance metrics, onboarding mobile shops, and ensuring consistent business growth across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, guide, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSE).
  • Monitor daily field activities and ensure productivity of team members.
  • Motivate the team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular reviews, meetings, and performance tracking.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales through field activities and direct customer engagement.
  • Ensure onboarding of mobile shops as per company guidelines.
  • Ensure the team collectively achieves assigned points and revenue targets.

Target & Performance Management

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly point calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules, onboarding quality, and documentation.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Act as a bridge between management and field team.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales and onboarding reports.
  • Support management in expanding business across Tamil Nadu.
