Substation Construction: Supervise civil and electrical works for high-voltage substations, including earthwork, foundation pouring, structure erection, and equipment installation.
Technical Compliance: Ensure all installations (transformers, switchgear, busbars) comply with approved drawings, BOQ, and safety guidelines.
Site Coordination: Manage contractors, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations, proper material handling, and adherence to the construction schedule.
Safety & Quality Control: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations (use of PPE,PTW) and conduct quality inspections to prevent defects, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), track materials, and document technical issues or deviations.
Cable Work Supervision: Oversee underground and overhead cable laying, jointing, and termination activities
