Source candidates for manufacturing and FMCG roles
Handle bulk hiring for freshers and entry-level positions
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Manage onboarding and documentation process
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Support field recruitment activities for client locations
Maintain client coordination and relationships
