Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory of JCB genuine spare parts
  • Ensure availability of fast-moving parts for service operations
  • Place orders through JCB parts system/portal as per requirements
  • Receive and verify parts as per invoice and JCB standards
  • Issue parts against job cards/work orders
  • Maintain binning system for easy identification of parts
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels
  • Handle warranty and defective parts return process
  • Maintain proper documentation and system entries (ERP / JCB Portal)
  • Conduct monthly stock audits and reconciliation
  • Coordinate with service engineers and workshop team
  • Track non-moving and slow-moving inventory
  • Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance
