Key Responsibilities

Setup and Operation: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot VMC machines, ensuring accuracy and production efficiency.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Machine Programming: Load, run, and make minor edits to CNC programs using G-code and M-code.
Quality Inspection: Inspect finished components for conformance to specifications using precise measuring tools (micrometers, gauges).
Tooling Management: Select, install, and maintain the correct cutting tools for materials.
Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and routine checks to ensure equipment performance.
Safety Adherence: Strictly follow safety protocols, including wearing protective gear and maintaining a clean work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: ITI, Diploma, or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering/Machining Technology.
Experience: 1–3+ years of experience operating CNC/VMC machines, preferably with Fanuc or Siemens controls.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of G-code/M-code, math skills, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve production issues and detect machine malfunctions
