Job Summary:

Charaas Meat and Foods and Charaa Fresh Chops are looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives to expand our customer base and strengthen market presence. This is a field-intensive role focused on promoting our fresh meat products, building partnerships, and generating new business opportunities. The role involves 90% field work and 10% office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily field visits to identify new customers, retailers, and business opportunities
  • Promote and create awareness about Charaas Meat and Foods / Charaa Fresh Chops products
  • Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and local vendors
  • Generate leads through direct visits, referrals, and local networking
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development
  • Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
  • Maintain daily reports of field activities and performance
  • Support promotional campaigns and brand-building activities in assigned areas

Work Nature:

  • 75% Field Work: Market visits, client meetings, lead generation, Campaign, Collection
  • 25% Office Work: Reporting, coordination, and planning

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Any Degree
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently in field conditions

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives
  • Travel Allowance: Provided
