Description

We are looking for a Billing & General Data Entry Executive for our tyre retreading unit. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing operations, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day office administration activities.

Responsibilities 

  • Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and billing entries 
  • Enter production, stock, and dispatch details into the system
  • Handle basic office documentation and filing work
  • Maintain data accuracy and update reports regularly
  • Assist in daily administrative and office support activities
  • Handle phone calls and customer inquiries when required

 

Requirement

  • Any degree or diploma preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in billing or office administration is an added advantage
