Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks across Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, plumbing, and general facilities systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that equipment, systems, and infrastructure are maintained safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

The Multi-Skilled Technician will work independently or as part of a team to support daily operations, respond to breakdowns, and perform preventive maintenance activities.

1. Basic light fitting faults rectification and replacement. 2. Switch and socket fault rectification. 3. Urinal Sensor fault attending, WC flush attending, drain line cleaning. 4. Glass and wooden door speed adjustment and alignment. 5. Able to identify and address the issue on the floor spring and door closure. 6. Able to address the AC damper supply and return air grill issue. 7. Stock level maintenance. 8. Checklist and Reports maintenance.
