Description

  • Review job orders in advance and make necessary machine adjustments as per production requirements.
  • Perform periodic machine cleaning using approved solvents and cleaning materials as recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Prepare, blend, and test inks, paints, stains, and solvents according to printing specifications and material requirements.
  • Examine job orders to determine production details such as quantity, printing schedule, material specifications, colors, and print sequences.
  • Load, position, and adjust printing materials in machine feeding and holding mechanisms.
  • Operate printing machines at controlled speeds to ensure proper ink coverage, alignment, and print registration.
  • Adjust printing plates, pressure rollers, and machine settings to improve print quality using appropriate tools and controls.
  • Inspect printed materials for print clarity, color accuracy, specification compliance, and external defects.
  • Continuously monitor production runs to maintain quality standards and production schedules.
  • Make necessary adjustments during production, including color correction and registration alignment.
  • Inspect machines regularly to identify technical issues and coordinate with the maintenance/service team for repairs when required.
  • Maintain records of completed jobs, machine settings, production data, and report operational issues to management.
  • Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company production guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of machines and the work area.
  • Follow company safety and quality procedures.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
