Description

Sree Gupta Bhavan Pvt Ltd is hiring " IT EXECUTIVE" for our head office, which is located in Pallikaranai. Male candidate should have maximum 2-3yrs of experienced in IT Department, handling Hardware and CCTV .

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive with 2–3 years of experience in hardware support, CCTV installation, networking, and system maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining CCTV systems, and providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Handle CCTV camera installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Maintain LAN/WAN networking, Wi-Fi connectivity, and internet troubleshooting.
  • Support users with system-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Install and update operating systems, antivirus, and application software.
  • Maintain IT asset records and inventory management.
  • Configure and maintain email accounts, user access, and data backup processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for AMC and service support.
  • Ensure system security and regular monitoring of IT infrastructure.
  • Assist in ERP/software support whenever required.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, Router, Switch, Wi-Fi).
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and antivirus management.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
