Job Description:
We are hiring Junior Engineer / Engineer – Spray Painting for our manufacturing facility in Walajabad, Kancheepuram. Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical with 3–4 years of relevant experience in spray painting and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform gearbox assembly activities as per SOPs and work instructions.
Handle mechanical components, assembly tools, and measuring instruments.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly diagrams.
Support quality checks, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and process improvements.
Follow Lean Manufacturing practices like 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction.
Ensure safety compliance, PPE usage, and proper handling of lifting equipment.
