Job Description:
We are hiring Junior Engineer / Engineer – Production Assembly for our manufacturing facility in Walajabad, Kancheepuram. Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical with 3–4 years of relevant experience in gearbox assembly and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble wind turbine gearboxes and sub-assemblies as per SOPs and drawings.
Handle gears, shafts, bearings, seals, and lubrication components efficiently.
Use torque tools, hydraulic tools, dial indicators, and measuring instruments.
Perform precision alignment and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction.
Follow safety procedures, PPE usage, and industrial compliance standards.
