
Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair gearboxes, ensuring proper lubrication, alignment, and functioning of mechanical drive systems.
Maintain and service rolling machines, checking for wear, alignment, and overall performance to ensure production efficiency.
Monitor, inspect, and replace bearings to minimize downtime and prevent machinery failure.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, hydraulic schematics, and maintenance manuals.
Use hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical faults.
Maintain maintenance logs and service records accurately.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and standards during all maintenance activities.
Support in machinery installation, alignment, and testing as required.
Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members for root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Perform scheduled maintenance and repair of mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, conveyors, compressors).
Replace worn-out components and carry out alignments and lubrication.
Read and understand machine drawings.
Maintain proper documentation of breakdowns and corrective actions.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance.
