Description

Job Title: Branch Internship Executive (Graduate Freshers)
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Branches within 5–10 km of your residence in Chennai and nearby towns
Salary: ₹2.5–2.92 LPA + variable incentives; stipend-based during internship. Post-internship promotion to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE) with growth opportunities.

About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated graduates to join as Branch Internship Executives. This government-certified internship provides hands-on training in financial services, branch operations, and client relationship management. Successful interns will be promoted to Junior Relationship Executives, with excellent growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily branch gold loan operations and customer service.
Support the branch team in resolving customer queries.
Participate in lead generation, client acquisition, and retention activities.
Execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance branch visibility.
Maintain client relationships with personalized services.
Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting.
Gain practical exposure to financial products, services, and customer management.

Eligibility:

Graduate (any discipline) from 2022–2026.
Strong communication skills in regional languages.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and team-focused.
Willingness to learn and grow in financial services.

Training & Certification:

On-the-job training with government certification.
Hands-on experience in branch operations and client handling.
