Description

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled System Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, and end-user systems. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting system issues, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
  • Handle installation and troubleshooting of operating systems, MS Office, antivirus, and other applications.
  • Maintain LAN/WAN networking, Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic server administration.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing, AMC, and IT procurement.
  • Monitor CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other security systems.
  • Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and system documentation.
  • Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus updates.
  • Support ERP/Business applications and coordinate with software vendors when required.
  • Assist in new system setup, upgrades, and IT infrastructure projects.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of servers, firewall, routers, and switches.
  • Experience in CCTV installation and maintenance is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and remote support tools.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

  • Educational Qualification

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in system administration or IT support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel between branches/sites if required.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
