  • Operate and monitor Flexo / Label Printing machines
  • Set up machines before production runs
  • Adjust machine settings based on production requirements
  • Maintain printing quality and color accuracy
  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
  • Ensure smooth production and minimize machine downtime
  • Check raw materials, ink, labels, and machine calibration
  • Follow safety procedures and factory standards
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper machine condition
