
The Business Development & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by combining strategic marketing campaigns with direct sales and partnership development. You will own the entire growth funnel—from generating brand awareness and capturing leads (Marketing) to negotiating deals and closing new business partnerships (Business Development).

1. Business Development & Partnership Strategy
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new market opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partners.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Deal Execution: Pitch company services/products, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
