Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our institute. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, explaining courses, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries
  • Explain course details, fees structure, and career opportunities
  • Guide students in choosing the right course
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
  • Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation

Requirements:

  • Any degree (Freshers / Experienced can apply)
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
  • Tamil language knowledge is mandatory
  • Basic English communication preferred
