Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Industrial Service Engineer to handle installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical seals and related industrial equipment at customer sites. The candidate should be willing to travel for field service activities and provide technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and commissioning of mechanical seals at customer sites
  • Inspection, servicing, and troubleshooting of mechanical seal systems
  • Breakdown maintenance and emergency service support
  • Conduct equipment performance checks and leakage analysis
  • Coordinate with production and sales teams for customer requirements
  • Prepare service reports after site visits
  • Support customers with technical guidance and preventive maintenance
  • Maintain good customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction
  • Follow safety standards during field work and servicing activities

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of mechanical seals, pumps, and rotating equipment
  • Basic understanding of industrial maintenance practices
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
