Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive student admissions,  and business generation activities for Vellora Smart Kid programs. The candidate will be responsible for meeting parents and generating business opportunities through direct marketing and relationship building.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Explain Vellora programs to parents, students
  • Schedule and conduct meetings
  • Support admission conversion activities
  • Maintain daily follow-ups with prospective customers
  • Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
  • Update CRM/sales reports regularly

Required Skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
  • Confidence in speaking 
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Team coordination skills
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge

Qualification

  • Any Degree 
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Experience in Education, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, or Sales is an added advantage
